NOTE: Parents are trained to become the primary implementers of ABA treatment for their child.
Phase 1 – Foundational Coaching (Months 1–6):
Parents receive maximum support through bi-monthly coaching sessions guided by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)/ IBA (International Behavior Analyst). This phase focuses on building confidence and competency in applying ABA techniques at home.
Phase 2 – Parent-Led ABA (Month 7 and beyond):
Parents transition to leading their child’s ABA therapy with minimal support. During this phase, guidance is provided through monthly 60-minute check-ins with a BCBA or IBA (International Behavior Analyst).
Tier 1: Foundation Plan

Includes one 60-minute monthly check-in with a BCBA/IBA.

Includes:
- 1 brief BIP and or SAP treatment plan per child (reviewed every 3 months)
- 2 BCBA/IBA sessions/month (60 minutes each via Zoom)
- Strategy modeling and parent implementation coaching
- Data review from parent submissions
- Up to 2 downloadable custom tools per month
- Email support (2–3 business day turnaround)
Please Read Before Subscribing:
- This is a parent coaching and consultation program—not direct ABA therapy for your child.
- You, the parent or caregiver, will be the primary person implementing all strategies at home.
- This program is best for children with mild to moderate needs and families committed to participating consistently.
- If your child engages in dangerous or highly intensive behaviors, a more comprehensive ABA service may be required.
- The BCBA/IBA will provide education, planning, and support, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
- You may cancel the subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
- All communication is confidential and handled in accordance with ethical and privacy standards.
- Weekly or bi-monthly sessions will be scheduled at a consistent, agreed-upon day and time.
- Your selected time slot is reserved specifically for your family.
- Missed or canceled sessions are not eligible for refunds, and make-up sessions are not guaranteed due to limited availability.
- By enrolling, you understand and acknowledge that you are paying for access to the BCBA/IBA’s professional time, expertise, and support—not a guaranteed number of sessions or specific outcomes.
- The BCBA/IBA dedicates time to your case through live sessions, case preparation, review of parent-submitted data, planning, and communication, which may occur outside of live meetings.
