Supervision Content & Structure

We follow a structured curriculum aligned with the BACB’s Task List (5th Edition) and BACB Fieldwork Requirements.

  • Skill Acquisition Plan Development

You’ll also receive exposure to:

Where Are Sessions Held?

In-person supervision can be conducted:

  • At our partnered therapy centers (where applicable)

  • In-home with client permission (if working as an RBT)

  • In community settings (library, parks, classrooms, etc.)

  • At mutually agreed professional meeting spaces (e.g., co-working rooms)

We always prioritize ethical considerations and confidentiality.

 

1-on-1 Mentorship Focus

We intentionally limit our caseload so each supervisee receives direct, personalized mentorship from a dedicated BCBA supervisor.
