About the Role
In this role, you will work directly with clients in home and community-based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills that create lasting independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community settings
- Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
- Collect and record accurate session data and notes
- Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs and participate in ongoing supervision
- Maintain professionalism with clients, families, and team members

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to provide meaningful supervision and mentorship from the comfort of your home while helping shape the next generation of behavior analysts.
About the Role
As a Remote BCBA Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality, structured supervision to trainees accruing fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification—all in a fully virtual environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring supervisees receive consistent, ethical, and competency-based guidance aligned with BACB standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote supervision to BCBA trainees
- Support supervisees in obtaining their maximum allowable fieldwork hours
- Conduct engaging and structured virtual supervision sessions
- Review clinical programming, data, and provide actionable feedback
- Conduct direct observations (via telehealth/live or recorded sessions)
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct RBT competency assessments and ABAT training/oversight
- Maintain accurate and compliant supervision documentation
