About the Role

In this role, you will work directly with clients in home and community-based settings, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills that create lasting independence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and community settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
  • Collect and record accurate session data and notes
  • Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and participate in ongoing supervision
  • Maintain professionalism with clients, families, and team members

ASAP ABA | Part-Time (W-2 or 1099) | $30–$40/hour

ASAP ABA is actively seeking dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as fully remote Fieldwork Supervisors. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to provide meaningful supervision and mentorship from the comfort of your home while helping shape the next generation of behavior analysts.


About the Role

As a Remote BCBA Supervisor, you will deliver high-quality, structured supervision to trainees accruing fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification—all in a fully virtual environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring supervisees receive consistent, ethical, and competency-based guidance aligned with BACB standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% remote supervision to BCBA trainees
  • Support supervisees in obtaining their maximum allowable fieldwork hours
  • Conduct engaging and structured virtual supervision sessions
  • Review clinical programming, data, and provide actionable feedback
  • Conduct direct observations (via telehealth/live or recorded sessions)
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct RBT competency assessments and ABAT training/oversight
  • Maintain accurate and compliant supervision documentation

This role is ideal for an RBT who enjoys direct client work, values consistency, and is looking to grow with a supportive, clinician-led practice.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Active RBT certification or RBT-eligible

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Reliable transportation.
