Our Team

At ASAP ABA, our team is composed of highly trained professionals who bring a diverse range of expertise and advanced education to the families we serve. Our clinicians include Doctorate-level practitioners, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and International Behavior Analysts (IBAs), all of whom are dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care.

With over 25 years of collective experience across a variety of settings—including school districts, in-home services, community-based supports, private pay families, insurance-funded care, and remote service delivery—our team is equipped to meet the diverse and evolving needs of each client.

We are highly empathetic to parent needs and family dynamics. We recognize that every family is unique, and we approach each relationship with compassion and understanding. Our team is fun, engaging, enthusiastic, professional, and respectful. We are culturally sensitive, passionate about our work, and committed to making a meaningful impact. Our services are goal-driven, evidence-based, and built on a pro-neurodivergent approach that honors and values the individuality of every client.

We believe in collaboration at every level. That means we actively include and value all stakeholders—parents, caregivers, educators, related professionals, and community partners—as essential voices in the treatment process. Together, we work toward empowering each individual to thrive and reach their full potential.

In addition to direct ABA services, ASAP ABA also offers remote supervision and mentorship to aspiring ABA professionals working toward their BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT certification. We also supporting and mentoring ABA professionals worldwide working towards their IBA or IBT certification, helping foster higher-quality care and greater access to life-changing services across the globe.”.
